U.S. Shipping: All orders can take up to 7 business days (not including weekends and holidays) to clear the production stage of our order process, as we make sure each item in all orders meet our high standards of quality. Once cleared past the production stage, orders are shipped through FedEx. All shipments from the time they leave our warehouse will be delivered in 3 business days or under, unless there is an unforeseen delay with FedEx. Each shipment is associated with a unique tracking number that will be emailed to the email address you provided at time of checkout once the order leaves our warehouse. So within three days from that time, not including weekends or National Holidays, your shipment will be delivered. Please note that P.O. boxes are not supported, you will need a street address to have your package delivered.
Shipping Internationally: which is anyone outside if the USA and APO's, is also handled by FedEx. We cannot guarantee the time of service it will take to get the package to you. Each International order is also associated with a unique tracking number, we are able to track the package each step of the way while it is in the hands FedEx, and if it gets handed off to your in country postal service the tracking abilities are not always as consistent and can be sporadic. The end recipient is responsible for any duties or taxes that are levied on them by their receiving country, please be aware of this, as some of the duties or taxes can be substantial.
