Sending us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org is the best way to reach us. This address is valid for questions about your order, your shipment (after you have already tracked it with the tracking number we sent you), or a specific item.
We want to make sure that you are happy with the product(s) that you purchased, so if there is an issue please follow the steps below and we will do everything within our power to make it right.
All refunds must be done within 45 days (based on our ship date) of your purchase.
It we made a mistake with your order or if the products are damaged in any way please email email@example.com immediately after you get your order, please provide order number, and the issue and we will make sure it is taken care of immediately.
If you change your mind or you ordered the wrong size (please check the sizing chart if you are not sure prior to ordering):
Simply return the products in "new" condition, unwashed and unworn, for a full refund or exchange. Please note that in this case, we cannot refund shipping and you will be responsible for shipping charges of sending the product back to us.
We know we are not going to make everyone happy all the time, so if we do something, or you see something that you do not like, with regards to the store, please email us and tell us. All constructive criticism will be entertained. Also if there are certain items that we are currently not selling and you think we should please tell us. Remember we are just launching so for the first couple months we will continually be adding new items till we are fully stocked up.
